"All the important things were great. The building had an elevator which is quite handy when I go up and down during the holidays so many times, the house was really nice as well with a perfect location and all the things needed for a nice stay. All the appliances worked well, the windows are quite good and block the sound from the exterior and the A/C keeps the house fresh even with the hot summers in Nice."

"The neighbour to the left yells a lot during the day, from what he was saying I would assume he's playing online computer games very passionately. Gladly at night he doesn't do this, so no big deal. As I had the chance to tell the owner, I understand why the house has so many written rules and why they are written in a too assertive, almost "military" tone (bad past experiences), but personally I do not appreciate it, I much prefer kind/empathetic communication even while written. But once again, this was no big deal and we actually had a good chat about it at the in-person check-out and it's important to say that Claude is nothing like what the written makes content might make you imagine, he is actually very nice and kind."

Everything was explained well and i think for this value in Nice you cannot find anything better in terms of acommodation. Very reasonable price for such location and all the facilities provided.
